Buying Guide

To buy from PROBE BALLOON just follow these steps:

  • Choose the product you are interested in in the shop.
  • Select the size you want and add the item to the basket.
  • Go to your cart to finish the process or continue looking for more products that you like.
  • If you are not registered, fill in your billing details and if they are the same as your shipping details, indicate this in the box.
  • Indicate the address where you want to receive your order. (home, work, not post office box).
  • Select the payment method: your order will be sent to the payment gateways of the system you choose.
  • Finish the process on the Bizum or credit card confirmation page.
  • Congratulations! You have reached the confirmation screen. You will receive an email with your order as soon as your package leaves our warehouse (do not worry, it may take a few hours until the delivery trucks leave, if you have made a mistake in the process contact us as soon as possible, so we can make any changes).


For any information about sizes, please look in the size guide that appears on the product page just before the ‘Add to cart’ button. Once there, choose the size that fits your measurements. The browsing languages are: English, Spanish.

Can I remove an item from my order?

Yes, you can remove unwanted items from your shopping basket as long as you have not paid for the order. If not, you will have to wait to return it when the package arrives.

I have forgotten my password. How can I recover it?

If you have forgotten the password for your account, you must go to the My account section, click on the Forgot your password? option, enter your registration e-mail address and click on the reset password button. You will receive an e-mail with a link to create a new password.

Payment and Shipping

What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

We offer the following payment methods: VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MAESTRO and MASTERCARD as well as Bizum.

For what reason can my credit card be rejected?

Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:

  • The card may be expired. Check that your card has not exceeded the validity date
  • The card may have reached its limit. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed for purchases.
  • It may be that some of the information entered is incorrect. Check that you have filled in all the necessary fields correctly.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

Yes, it is safe as the transaction is carried out using a secure SSL protocol connecting to an official bank payment gateway. No data will be recorded in our system.

Where can I receive my order?

You can receive it at the address of your choice (home, work, not a post office box).

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • For deliveries within Spain and Portugal, the delivery time is 24 hours

For deliveries of orders in Europe zone 1, the delivery time is 2 to 4 working days.
For deliveries to Europe zone 2, 3 and 4,the delivery time is 4 to 6 working days.
For deliveries to Norway and Switzerland, the delivery time is 4 to 6 working days.
For deliveries to Serbia and Bosnia, the delivery time is 6 to 10 working days.
Please note that we do not work on weekends, so if your order includes Saturday or Sunday, the delay will be 2 extra days

How much do I have to pay for shipping and handling?

The shipping and transport costs per order (for orders over 200€) are:

Spain and Portugal : 4€
Ceuta, Melilla y Canarias (Spain) : 15 €

Europe 1 Germany, France): 12€.

Europe 2 (Austria, Belgium, Italia, Luxembourg, Netherlands): 15€

Europe 3 ( Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland, Czech Republic, Switzerland): 22€.

Europe 4 ( Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lihtuania, Norway, Romania, Sweden, Serbia ): 45€.

Europe 5 ( Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo ): 55€.

Returns and Exchanges

Pursuant to the Customer’s notice of withdrawal, the Customer shall return the Product(s) to PROBE BALLOON intact, unused, in their original packaging intact and as far as possible in their original packaging, without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the purchaser’s notice of withdrawal sent to the following address: PROBE BALLOON, C/ Mas de la Vallesa de Mandor, s/n, Masía Baló, 46190 Ribarroja del Túria, Valencia (Spain).
This time limit shall be deemed to have been met if the products are returned within fourteen (14) days of the cancellation deadline.
All costs of returning the Product(s) shall be borne by the purchaser.
Failure to return the Product(s) within fourteen (14) days of the Customer’s notice of withdrawal shall not entitle the Customer to a refund of the amount paid

For reasons of health protection or hygiene, Products that have been unsealed or used after delivery will not be accepted for return. Products that are damaged due to inappropriate packaging on the part of the Customer shall not be eligible for withdrawal.
The Customer alone shall be liable for any diminished value of the Products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Products.

Can I exchange any item?
No, exchanges are not permitted. You must request a return and proceed with the purchase again.

Do I have to pay anything for requesting a return?

1st Return are free.

How long does it take to make a return?

The return period is 14 days from the day of delivery of the order.
Can I return any item?
Yes, the product must be unused and in perfect condition. Including accessories, documentation and original packaging.
When will I receive the amount of my return?
Once we receive the goods in our warehouse, and after checking the condition of the goods, we will proceed to refund your money according to the method of payment made. This process can take between 7 and 10 days once the order has arrived at the warehouse
