Delivery times are calculated from the departure of the goods from the warehouse, the preparation of the product from the confirmation of payment can take up to 2 working days.

Returns Policy

All items purchased at – www.probeballoon.com – can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

The first return is free of charge. Subsequent returns are at the customer’s expense.
To proceed with a return, please follow the steps below:

The items to be returned must be unused and in perfect condition, with all tags attached and original packaging.

The box must be well sealed and protected to avoid any damage during transport by courier, we accept no responsibility for any damaged garment in a shipment not handled directly by PROBE BALLOON.

For reasons of health protection or hygiene, Products that have been unsealed or used after delivery will not be accepted for return. Products that are damaged due to improper packaging by the Customer will not be eligible for withdrawal.

We will proceed to the pick-up and refund of the amount within 10 working days of receipt of the goods.
